In race for the semifinals of ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, Pakistan today faces Afghanistan at Leeds. The Sarfaraz Ahmed’s men must post a win to ensure they remain in the contest.

However, Afghanistan can also come hard at them as they have defeated them earlier in the warm-up match. Before going into the match, let’s take a look at the weather forecast and pitch report.

Weather forecast

The sun was out in Leeds yesterday and it is expected to remain sunny today as well. Thankfully for Pakistan, there aren’t any chances of rain at the venue. The temperature will also be in 20’s.

Pitch report

Unlike most of the venues in England, Leeds has been a bit helpful to bowlers rather than the batsmen. Spinners are expected to find some turn, hence making the task harder for blokes with the bat.
