The lackluster Indian Premier League side Royal Challengers Bangalore coach Gary Kirsten has hinted out that RCB may next season go for lot of changes in the team to change its fortunes at points table.

Despite being a star-studded IPL side that boost some of the top cricketers from around the World RCB has not been able to win single IPL title till date. Even during last season two seasons including current one the performance has been below par.

Even under Kirsten’s coaching, RCB for the second time in two years have failed to make it to the play-offs.

Giving hints about the changes that needed to be made, Garry was quoted as saying, “I have been a fan of continuity. You want to build core of players and culture and keep coming back to same players. I think most successful franchises in IPL have done that and we are searching for that in RCB. There might be structural change next year”.

Replying to a query, Kirsten said some structural changes needs to be made in consultation with the owners as he is in a better position to do so as the head coach of the team.

Kirsten also said a team has to hide their weaknesses and make sure their strengths are working well, if not they are losing games, which makes a world of difference.
