Promoted up the order the 39 from 22 balls blitz by Manzoor Pandav and some solid contributions by Jatin Wadhwan, Shubham Khajuria and Parvez Rasool helped JK post 168/9 against Jharkhand in the match of Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy match at Andhra Pradesh.

Batting first JK got off to bad start with opener Abdul Samad getting out for naught.

However a solid recovery by Wadhwan and Shubham Khajuria ensured JK gets to good total in first inning. They formed 79 stand between them

Wadhwan got out after scoring 47 from 37 while as Khajuria scored 31 off 30.

Then in middle Manzoor Pandav and Parvez Rasool pushed the scoring rate. Parvez got out scoring 24 from mere 13 balls.

Irfan Pathan was next to go scoring 12 from 5 balls. Pandav was next to go scoring 39 from 22 balls.

JK finished inning on 168 for the loss of 9 wickets.

For Jharkhand Rahul took five wickets haul.

It is decent total on board and JK who have also included Rasikh Salam in bowling lineup should be able to defend it.
