Srinagar, August 20: Young J&K pacer, Mujtaba Yousuf, Thursday travelled with Kolkata Knight Riders to UAE as net bowler for the upcoming IPL.

Mujtaba was pick on back of some impressive performance with the ball at U-19 level and most recently in Ranji Trophy. The left-arm seamer had also attended a trial camp held by KKR last year.

The Anantnag-born cricketer will be a part of group of bowlers who will help Kolkata batsmen to prepare for the mega tournament.

Another J&K cricketer, Abdul Samad, also left for UAE this morning with Sunrisers Hyderabad. He was bought at 20 lakh INR by the franchise in the auctions earlier.
