Star cricketer Irfan Pathan has sent a strong reminder to Indian Premier League-2019 franchisee what they are missing ahead of December 18, IPL player’s auction.

The J&K cricket team mentor cum player picked up 5-wicket haul against Haryana on a pace friendly track of Lahli as he destroyed the top order of host team. Pathan once again proved that class is permanent as went to carry J&K to a rushing 130 run victory in low scoring Ranji trophy affair. Pathan has been reasonable for J&K with the ball in the entire domestic season so far but he was at his best in the match at Lahli.

Haryana who were eyeing a chase of 221 runs to win but the Pathan ran through their top order. He took first five wickets of their batting to leave them in trouble. The swing, rhythm was back in Pathan’s weaponry as he went on to dismantle the opposition.

Earlier it was batting in which Pathan’s making the strong contributions for J&K team. In the Previous Ranji match against Uttar Pradesh, he slammed a 91 run knock off mere 76 balls.  In that knock Pathan also hit four consecutive sixes of four balls.

Last season IPL teams gave a miss to Irfan Pathan and this time he has kept his brace price to Rs 50 lakhs. In that price cap , it would be fairly cheap for franchisees to go for the star cricketer who can be handy with both bat and ball. Plus the form he is in will be an added advantage.
