BCCI has given its nod to J&K Cricket Association for constructing new International Cricket stadium in Jammu province and Narbal area of Budgam-Kashmir.

JKCA CEO recently met BCCI officials in Mumbai in which BCCI gave its nod to start construction of International standard stadiums at Jammu and Narbal area of Budgam.

“BCCI directed us to start the process of finalizing stadiums in Jammu and Narbal. They promised to provide all sorts of help we need. We will start the work soon on given places and make sure our players take use of it shortly,” said JKCA official.

“J&K due to internal mess and other problems is far behind from other States in infrastructure. JKCA CEO has been given the job by J&K High Court and he is trying his best to develop JK cricket. BCCI has promised JKCA full support which means all the problems we have been facing since decades will be solved soon,” official said.

Meanwhile JKCA yesterday announced the team for upcoming Vijay Hazare Trophy and will be taking Vidarbha in first match on 6th February.
