After the conclusion of almost whole national level season, J&K Cricket Association (JKCA) is all set to conduct District level tournaments across the State. The tournaments are likely going to be held from April 1.

JKCA for the purpose had invited entry forms from the teams in all the districts of the State. The process of filing entry forms has been finalized and the JKVC officials in next couple of days are expected to sit together and draft plans and itinerary for the events.

Last year, JKCA initiated the process of conducting district level events in which hundreds of teams participated. The process was widely hailed as it was first time that cricket body had held such events in the State.

Meanwhile trials for selecting J&K team for the Under-23 women’s T20 event is going on in GGM Science College Jammu.
