Bengaluru FC Reserves defeated Lone Star Kashmir FC by 3-1 in the match of the second division I-League at Vaishno Devi Shrine Board Sports Complex, Katra, Jammu on Wednesday, March 27.

Playing its first home match of the league, Kashmir FC side failed to live up to its recent form and went 3-1 down against visitors. Hosts Kashmir FC were rattled early by Bengaluru as Advait Shinde scored first goal for them in seventh minute. In the 20th minute, Edmund Lalrindika doubled lead for visitors while as in the 40th minute, Myron Mendes made it 3-0 for Bengaluru. At half time Bengaluru FC were comfortably placed at 3-0 lead. In the second half, Lone Star managed score one goal but that was enough to change the fortunes for them. Basit Ahmed Bhat was scorer for them in 65th minute.

Now Kashmir FC has got two defeats , two wins and one draw from their five games in the league. They now have three home matches to play at same venue and will like to win all of them in order to qualify for next round.
