The one off Ice Cricket match that was scheduled to be played in hill resort of Pahalgam in Kashmir on February 15-2019  has been postponed due to volatile situation in Jammu and Kashmir following the Lethpora attack in which around 40 security personals were killed on February 14.

The match was scheduled to be played between team led by Bangladesh cricket star Anamul Haq Bijoy and J&K star cricketer Parvez Rasool. The match was organized by Kashmir International Sports (KIS) with the aim to promote ice cricket activity in Kashmir.

“The situation was not conducive and it would not have been right to go on with the match. We will shortly announce the new dates for the match,” organizer said.
