Srinagar: J&K Field Archery team has bagged six medals in the 9th National Field Archery Championship that was held at Agra Uttar Pradesh.
In the championship J&K was represented by seven Archers out of them six bagged medals including one gold. For J&K, Nifa Nusrat was the only player to bag gold medal while as another two girls Nida Nusrat and Zara Shah bagged silver and bronze medals respectively. In boys section, Muntazir, Ahmed Bin Muzaffer and Asif Ali bagged bronze medals for J&K.
Out of seven team members three were sponsored by Khyber Industries Pvt Ltd. The team was fielded n the event by J&K Field Archery Association and they were accompanied by Association President Mukhtar Ahmed Bhat.
