Srinagar, June 26: Pakistan cricket team will arrive for England tour on Sunday without Covid-19-infected 10 players, England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) confirmed on Friday.

Earlier, there were deliberations over whether the tour will go ahead or not as 10 of the 29 players from Pakistan squad were tested positive for Covid-19.

However, both Pakistan Cricker Board (PCB) and ECB have decided to go ahead with this tour, Asosociated Press reported Friday evening.

The PCB held a compulsory Covid-19 test of all players to make sure the squad can travel to England for their first post-Coronavirus cricket event.

Following which, firstly, three players tested positive for Covid-19, while later another seven were also found infected.
