Srinagar: Legendary cricketer Wasim Akram Sunday termed Pakistan team as Brazil of cricket, owing to their ability of producing raw talent.

Akram said this during an interview with Dean Jones on YouTube.

“You’re (Pakistan) the talent factory. We in Australia always used to say that Pakistan have so much talent, it’s just the matter of how you harness it,” Jones said.

In reply, Akram said, “… Raw talent, It’s like Brazil of cricket.”

Pakistan is known for unveiling new talent out of nowhere. We often see players as young as 15-16 years of age make debuts at the international level.
