The International cricketer of State, Parvez Rasool visited the residence of the 18 year old Cricketer Jahangeer Ahmad War who had died while playing in the Provincial level cricket tournament at Nanin Anantnag on July 11.

Parvez visited Pattan to express his condolences with the family of the Jahangeer Ahmad. Jehangeer was representing Baramulla District in the event organized by Department of Youth Services and Sports. While opening the inning he was hit by ball on neck while trying to play a pull. He fell immediately on ground. Officials took him to hospital were he was declared brought dead.
