While J&K Cricket Association is claiming that it has been conducting events across State with the aim to develop basic structure of Cricket, every now and then complaints are coming about the nature of these events.

As per JKCA it is conducting District level talent hunt events across State with 40 over format through its appointed coordinators. It boosts the figure of paryociating teams and also how much it is giving playesr and teams for the paruyicviation.

However, last year there have been plenty of complaints about the loopholes in the event with allegations against organizers for not providing refreshments, holding short tournaments and using namesake teams to boost the numbers.

This year too there are number of complaints against the tournament being held. One such complaint is against Baramulla leg of the event with players alleging that they were not provided refreshments while as also the format has been reduced to 22 overs.

“In our area of Tangmarg, our organisers who are from with JKCA have reduced this tournament to 22 overs,” said Erfaan Khan.

Another player Waseem Ahmad while replying to Erfaan Khan said that there was no refreshments provided and it is business and nothing else.

Erfaan Khan further went on to say that they only looting JKCA while as Waseem Ahmad said that not only JKCA other tournaments. Especially in Tangmarg.
