Jammu and Kashmir’s batting prodigy, Qamran Iqbal on Tuesday made it to the India U-19 ‘A’ side for the upcoming Quadrangular series featuring India ‘A’, ‘B’, South Africa and Afghanistan.

Qamran who has been in phenomenal form this season for both J&K U-19 and senior side made breakthrough to a national U-19 team for the second time. Previously, he represented India ‘B’ in a similar series last year.

The Srinagar-born cricketer will be part of the stat studded India ‘A’ side led by Nehal Wadhera and includes players like Yashasvi Jaiswal.

The tournament is set to start from March 5.
