Jammu and Kashmir’s Rasikh Salam has been banned by the Board of Control for Cricket in India for two years after found guilty of submitting fake date of birth certificate.
The pacer has also been removed from the India U-19 squad, which will travel to England for the tri-series and been replaced by Prabhat Maurya.
“Mumbai Indians and Jammu and Kashmir pacer Rasikh Salam has been handed a two-year ban by the BCCI after he was found to have submitted a faulty birth certificate to the board. “
