Mumbai Indians started its pre season training camp for the upcoming Indian Premier League season 2019 on Tuesday in Mumbai.

Kashmirs rookie pace sensation Rasikh Salaam was also part of the camp on Day 1 and was seen sweating it out hard in the nets under the expert eyes of top quality trainers and coaches of the Mumbai Indians.

Rasikh was involved in both cardio and bowling training. Mumbai Indians have got former speedster Shane Bond as their bowling coach and he was monitoring the progress of bowlers.

Rasikh this season is the only cricketer from JandK to be part of IPL as he was the lone player from State picked by Mumbai Indians during players auction.

Rasikh after emerging during talent hunt in Srinagar was fast tracked into JK senior on the recommendations of Irfan Pathan.

Since then he has played for senior JK team in all formats this season apart from that he also played for Under 19 team.
