Like other I-League clubs of the Country, Real Kashmir FC has also decided to pull out of the upcoming Super Cup 2019.
Football website Goal.com quoted owner of the Real Kashmir FC, Shamim Meraj in which he confirmed the news.
“Yes, we are pulling out. We have already informed the AIFF of our decision. We are in this together. We also want a clear roadmap for the future of Indian football,” Goal.com quoted Shamim.
With this Real Kashmir FC has become ninth I-League club to pull out of the Super Cup. Initially 7 I-League clubs including Mohun Bagan and East Bengal had taken the decision to boycott the knock-out competition due to All India Football Federation’s (AIFF) unfair treatment towards the clubs. Then Churchill Brothers joined the group.
