In the day of upsets, Real Kashmir FC reserve team defeated J&K Bank XI in the match of the State football championship at TRC Synthetic Turf ground Srinagar on April 1.

The quarter final was played between J&K Bank XI and Real Kashmir FC.  Both the teams tried to take lead but were not able to score any goals in entire allotted time. It was brilliant keeping by Real Kashmir’s young keeper Zaid that kept J&K bank strikers at bay.

In the extra minutes again the score was goalless and the outcome was decided by tie breaker. In the end tiebreaker Real Kashmir FC defeated J&K Bank by 7-6 through sudden death.
