The three day 15th  J&K State Wushu championship concluded at Jammu University with Jammu lifting overall championship while as Srinagar and Samba bagging runner up and 2nd Runners  places.

In the event around 800 players from 18 districts and two departmental teams participated. Players from far flung areas like Bandipora, Baramulla,Kupwara, Pulwama showed their best performance in the championship.

Retd DIG Israr Khan was the chief guest on the occasion and he distributed the medals to the medal winners during the presentation ceremony. Dr Dawood Iqbal Baba, director Physcial Education Jammu University  was the special guest on the occasion.

The guests present during the function were Deepak Handa, Sunil Sharma, Gautam Sharma Bhavneet ,Kuldeep Handoo, Ajay Paul Gill,Maqsood Rather, Jabeena Akhter, Mudasir, Yash Pal, Chran singh, Junaid, Rajinder Singh and Surya Bhanu partap singh, Abhishek Singh Jamwal, Jai Bharat
