The Jharkhand skipper and wicketkeeper batsman Ishan Kishan on Friday proved too much for the Jammu and Kashmir bowlers as he lead his side to a crushing win against J&K in the match of the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy tournament at Jaipur.

Ishan also became the first Indian to score a century in T20 format during the match. J&K had set a formidable total on board and but its bowlers had no answer to the power hitting display of ishan Kishan.

Ishan smashed an unbeaten 100 in 55 balls to overhaul 168 run target set by J&K. In the process Ishan also smashed 8 fours and 7 sixes as Jharkhand cruised to a 9-wicket win.

As per Stats available Kishan is 5th wicketkeeper player in the World to score a T20 century. The other 4 players who have done it in the past are Moin Khan, Adam Gilchrist, Kamran Akmal, and Upul Tharanga. Gilchrist is the only player to do so twice in his career.

J&K bowlers will need to work harder in the upcoming matches as journey is only going to be tougher.
