After Wahab Riaz requested fans not to abuse Pakistan cricketer families, another Pakistan cricketer Hassan Ali has come out and requested fans not to abuse their families and captain Sarfaraz Ahmed.

Reacting to the video of the fan abusing Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed in a mall in England, Hassan Ali tweeted.

“This shameful act has left me devastated. You can criticize us on our performances but insulting and abusing our captain in public when he is holding his son is unacceptable. Please guys its a request respect our families, Hassan Ali tweeted.

Earlier in the day Pakistan pacer Wahab Riaz had opened about the abuse he and his teammates have suffered following the humiliating ICC Cricket World cup defeat to arch rivals India at Manchester.

The pacer who is good rhythm has requested Pakistan cricket fans that they should criticize players and their performance but shouldn’t abuse them personally and their families.

“Demoralisation happens when you start doing personal attacks that begin in the media. You should criticize us and our performances but refrain from personal attacks. We’ll take criticism the right way but it’s best if you keep the discussion away from families,” Wahab was quoted as saying.

Earlier in the video captured and then shared widely on social media, the fan can be heard personally attacking Sarfaraz even though he is with his son at the time of the incident.

Now the fan has come out with another video claiming he was unsure how the video was uploaded on social media and has since apologised to the skipper while taking down the video in question.

As visible in the video, Sarfaraz obliges the unidentified fan for a selfie. However, the fan starts to shoot a video instead of taking a photo. As Sarfaraz begins to walk away from the fan, the man chases after him while hurling obscenities.

“Why are you as fat as a p*g? You have made Pakistan proud,” says the harasser sarcastically.

Their next match is against an equally disappointing South Africa in London on Sunday. Sarfaraz Ahmed did not react and walked away.

Meanwhile later that fan has posted another video in which he has apologized for his actions.
