Jammu and Kashmir cricketer, Auqib Nabi on Sunday produced a spectacular performance in the ongoing Sri M.A.T Acharya Shield Trophy at Bangalore while playing for Chintamani Sports Association.

The all-rounder first scored unbeaten 109 runs off 113 balls, including 11 fours and four sixes, helping his side post a good total of 304 runs in the first innings of the multi-day encounter.

Later, he left a mark with his seam bowling as well, scalping a five-wicket haul. His excellent spell made Chintamani bundle out Doorvani Cricketers under the paltry score of 82 runs.

However, the opposition made a strong comeback in the second innings after they were forced for a follow-on. They made 142-4 to end up in a draw.

Auqib for his all-round performance was named as man of the match.
