Srinagar, Sept 24: Zimbabwe star all-rounder Sikander Raza has said that his side has hot the ability to upset hosts Pakistan during it’s upcoming ODI and T20I series.

The Pakistan born 34-year-old said that he is looking forward to putting on good performances.

He said this while talking to New Zimbabwe and was quoted as saying “The last time we toured Pakistan we took them to the wire and the last game which was rained off we were on the track of winning it so good performances from me and the team is what I am praying and hoping for”.

On Wednesday Zimbabwe Cricket (ZC) announced a 25-men squad for the tour which have started their preparation.

“The mood in the camp is fantastic and everyone feels great to be out training and being part of the national team training camp,” he added.

Zimbabwe has not played international cricket since March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Zimbabwe’s government granted permission to ZC to tour Pakistan on Wednesday.

PCB announced that the series will be played behind closed doors. ODIs will be played on 30 October, 1 and 3 November in Multan, which will be followed by three T20Is on 7, 8, and 10 November in Rawalpindi.
