Local9-yr-old Anhaar shines in JKCA cricket tourney

A nine-year old boy from Srinagar played brilliantly in the match of District Srinagar cricket tournament of J&K Cricket Association at Sheri-Kashmir Cricket Stadium here on Thursday.

Syed Anhaar, a class 4th student of DPS Srinagar while playing in JKCA tournament match led his team to win against Burn Hall School.

In the match Anhaar was playing for his side Bastion Cricket Academy which needed 129 runs to win against Burn Hall. They lost their first wicket at 45. After that Anhaar scored unbeaten stand of 75 runs with the opener Tariq Ahmad to lead his side to a nine wicket win.
