
After having emerged as fittest player in J&K team last season in Yo-Yo tets, the premier opening batsman of J&K cricket team continued his love affair with the fitness as he again emerged as fittest player in J&K team this season.

The Yo Yo test of J&K top cricketers part of correction camp was conducted at Sheri Kashmir Stadium Srinagar on July 29. While all the involved players showed improvement in their fitness levels after being part of the camp for over a month now, it was Banday again who showed what he has got.
Last year, Banday in Yo-Yo test recorded 19.4 and emerged out as best in J&K as for yo-yo test is concerned. In a test held on Monday, Banday again emerged as best by recording 19.2 which was by far better than rest of the players who were involved in the test.
The test were conducted under the eyes of former India trainer, J&K team coach and also Irfan Pathan who has arrived in J&K for his second term with team.
