Big Bash Seer: BCC Reds Baramulla enter Quarter-finals of the tournament

Seer Sopore, March 20: In the sixth pre-quarter final match of the Big Bash Cup Seer, BCC Reds Baramulla knocked out Dadoo Rangers by 4 wickets to qualify for Quarter-finals of the tournament.

After being invited to bat first, Dadoo Rangers only managed to score 129/9 in alloted 20 overs. Peer Aqib top scored with 27 runs while as Simran Singh added 25 runs. Bablu Singh and Khaleef took 2 wickets each for BCC Reds.

In response, BCC Reds despite loosing three quick wickets in the powerply managed to get over the line in the 17th over by 4 wickets (133/6 in 16.3 overs). Wiqqas Parray played a sensible knock of 48 runs while as Jehangir Bakshi added 22 runs. For Dadoo Rangers, Naseer Khan and Ishfaq Sofi took 3 wickets each.

Wiqqas Parray was declared as player of the match for his brilliant batting performance.
