Wathoora, March 6: In the grand finale of the Big Bash Cup Wathoora on Sunday, RPCC Wathoora defeated Masood Sports in a thrilling encounter to win the tournament.

Batting first, Masood Sports only managed to score a below par score of 124 runs in alloted overs. Adil Ganguly was the wrecker-in-cheif for RPCC as he claimed a 5 wicket-haul(3-0-16-5).

In reply, RPCC’s chased was halted initially as they lost quick wickets at regular intervals but thanks to Dr.Sajad’s blistering knock of 44 runs they were eventually able to chase the target.

Lastly, Adil Ganguly was adjudged as player of the match and Dr Sajad recieved the maximum sixes award while Rinku walked away with the player of the tournament award for his consistent performances throughout the tournament.
