Srinagar, December 19: Continuing its dominance, premier football club , J&K Bank football club stormed into the second round of the ongoing Premier League J&K football tournament at Synthetic Turf TRC ground Srinagar on Saturday.
In its fifth and last group match J&K Bank were against Arco FC who have established it’s reputation as one of the toughest opponents owing to thier physicality.
In the match J&K Bank FC beat Arco FC by 1-0 goals. Aakif Reshi was the scorer for the team. It was hard fought encounter with Arco proving tough side to beat. They should feel disappointed not to bag point from the match after missing penalty.
J&K after winning five out of five matches in group have qualified for the next round.
The tournament is organized by J&K Sports Council in collaboration with J&K Football Association.
