Srinagar, November 20: Hamas FC Hamray and Magam Reds emerged out as winners of the DFA Zone Pattan B-Division and A-Division leagues respectively.
The finals of the B and A-Division leagues of the DFA Zone Pattan were played at Wussan Playground on Thursday.
In the B-Division final, Hamas FC Hamray were against Chinar FC Andergam. Hamas FC emerged winner by 1-0 goals and lifted the title. Towseef Ahmad was the scorer and was declared as man of the match.
In the A-Division final, Magam Reds was against Ziya FC Andergam. In allotted time no goal was scored. The outcome was decided through tie-breaker in which Magam Reds emerged as winner and lifted the title.
Fayaz Ahmad Sofi President DFA Srinagar, Ab Majeed Kakroo former International footballer, Bilal Ahmad Punjabi, Mohd Iqbal and other local senior citizens were guests on the occasion and distributed the prizes among winning and losing teams and players.
