Kanwal Tigers and Farhat Sports won their respective matches in Bijbehara Invitation Cup T20 organized by Bijbehara Cricket Association, two matches were played at Higher secondary school ground Bijbehara on July 18.
Farhat Sports Club Anantnag defeated ECC Bijbehara. Batting first Farhat Sports scored 101/8 in 20 overs. Fasil, Rafiq Ahmad and Masroor scored 29, 20 and 17 runs respectively for them. In reply FCC Bijbehara were bundled out for 92 runs. Sajad and Javeed made 27 and 24 runs respectively for them. Davood took three wickets for Farhat Sports. Davood was adjudged as man of the match.
Kanwal Tigers defeated DCC Darigund. Batting first DCC scored 106/8 in 20 overs. Tajamul and Adil scored 32 and 14 respectively for them while as for Kanwal Tigers Naveed took three wickets. In reply Kanwal Tigers chased target for the loss of 6 wickets.
Adil and Danish scored 39 and 21 respectively for them. Naveed was adjudged as man of the match.
