Kousaria Memorial T-20 Cricket Tourney today entered it’s second phase after a successful first round. In the match played here on Friday, Hashmee Cricket Club clubs trounced Coaching Centre Sopore by mammoth 153 runs.
On the flat deck of Chiternaar field, Hashmee CC won the toss and elected to bat first. They were able to make most of it as they put on a huge total of 263 runs in the alloted 20 overs.
It was captain Mir Rehan who stole the show by his trememdous power hitting alongside Suhail Malik. Rehan scored unbeatan knock 87 while as Suhail scored 75.
Coaching centre Sopore never looked in game as they kept losing wickets in the chase. Finally, they were bundled on 111 runs, awarding Hashmee a huge victory. Earlier in the first match, Legends Chiternaar had defeated Saifco Cements and made their way to next round.
