In one of the biggest upsets of the season kids belonging to State Football Academy (SFA) defeated veteran star studded team of Forest-XI in the match of the Premier Division football at Synthetic Turf TRC here on Saturday.
In the scintillating tie kids who had been training under Mehraj ud Din Wadoo from around two months defeated Forest-XI by 1-0 goals. Towseef was the scorer for SFA. It is first ever win for the academy side in the league as they made their debut this season.
The win is likely going to be historic in the record books of both Forest as well as SFA that is backed by J&K State Sports Council.
