Bandipora, September 28: A sublime century by Nasir Lone Monday steered Bandipora Cricket Club to a big win of 94 runs against Mangnipora in the ongoing Dr Jamsheed Memorial T20 tourney at Adnan Park, Watapora.

The all-rounder looked in an unreal touch from the word go. He showed no mercy towards any bowler, ending up scoring 122 runs off mere 50 balls.

Earlier, after batting first, BCC got off to a flying starts, thanks to Mudasir Malik and Ishtiyaq Robby. The duo struck some powerful strokes, setting up the foundation for middle-order batsmen.

Later, it was Nasir Lone who joined the party. His ton helped BCC put on a massive total of 214 runs.

In reply, Magnipora never looked in the game. They kept losing wickets courtesy some fine bowling by spinner Taufeeq and Ishtiyaq Robby.

Both scalped three wickets each as Mangnipora bundled on 120 runs, awarding BCC a big win.

Nasir, for his fine knock, was handed the man of the match award.
