The two former cricket greats from England and India has questioned the intent shown by Team India during their run chase against England in ICC Cricket World Cup match on Sunday.

Both Saurav Ganguly and Nasser Hussain sitting in comentary box were baffled by the intent of Indian batsman particularly MS Dhoni and Kedhar Yadhav while India was chasing a big target of 337.They fell 31 run short with 5 wickets in hand. MS Dhoni finished unbeaten on 42 from 31.

About MS Dhoni’s and Kedar Jadhav’s intent Nasser Hussain said, “I am completely baffled by this”.

“Either side of the brilliant Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli partnership there has been some very odd cricket. Surely Indian fans will want to see Dhoni have a go. They have paid good money & are going home before the end of the match,” Nasser Hussain said.

Saurav Ganguly was also puzzled with the intent and made his feelings clear by saying, “Will there be questions asked in the dressing room, just what were you doing out there. I don’t have an explanation for this. You cannot be chasing 338 to win and still have 5 wickets in hand”.

With India requiring 38 of 4 balls MS Dhoni refused single and their were boos from the crowd , making their displaesure clear.

The fans of Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh were backing India to win this match against England as it would have brightened their chancsmof making into semifinal.
