Srinagar, June 28: The newly formed football organisation National and International Footballers Forum (NIFF) has lashed out at J&K Football Association (JKFA) for doing nothing for J&K football and have also highlighted various discrepancy in the events held by JKFA.

As per NIFF statement the meeting of forum was held under the chairmanship of Bashir Ahmed Malik, regarding various issues. “Members from multiple Districts were present in this meeting and highlighted their grievances regarding football affairs of their respective Districts, ” Statement said.

The statement said the discussion was held mainly on two major agendas of the meeting which were the discrepancy and falsified conduct of Mufti Memorial Cup and Khelo India conducted by JKFA in all Districts of J&K for which the funds were allotted to them by the Govt.

“It was unanimously decided that this issue has already been brought into the notice of Authorities and the members decided to take up this issue with the concerned quarters, ” Statement said.

The statement further said the was decided to provide all the technical support to the newly formed Ladakh Football Association for which a plan has already been chalked out.

“Also the due course of footballing activities have been planned in various Districts of J&K once the nod is given by the Authorities to conduct them, ” It said.

Amount others the meeting was attended by NIFF Executive Members which included International Footballers Mehrajuddin Wadoo, Ishfaq Ahmed, AFC Pro licence Coach Hilal Rasool Parray, International Football Coach Sajid Yousuf Dar among various others members from Districts.
