LocalRain continues to halt JKCA’s Senior Multi-Day Tourney at Jammu

Jammu: The organisers were forced to call off play at both the venues of JKCA’s Senior Men’s Multi-Day Tournament today as heavy rains lashed Jammu City and its outskirts in the morning.

As per the schedule of the tournament, Shubham Khajuria led JKCA Team A1 had to lock-horns with Shubham Pundir led Team A4 at Country Cricket Stadium Gharota, while Henan Malik led JKCA Team A3 which includes speed sensation Umran Malik also, was all set to take on explosive Abdul Samad led JKCA Team A5.

It is pertinent to mention here that it is the seventh event of the series of tournaments after Talent Hunt 2022, being organised by the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association.

These tournaments included Under-19 Women’s One-Day, Under-19 Men’s One-Day, Under-23 Men’s One-Day, Senior Women’s One-Day, Senior Men’s One-Day, Under-19 Men’s Multi-Day and the ongoing Senior Men’s Multi-Day Tournament.

The matches are being officiated by Vikram Dogra, Deepak Gupta, Dayal Singh and Vikas Bali as Umpires, while Ashok Singh and Sabastian Frank as the scorers.
