Srinagar: JK are close to big Ranji trophy victory against Goa after reducing Goa to 145 for the loss of five wickets in their second inning at lunch on the third day of the match being played at Surat.
Goa that started day on 22 without loss are 145 with five wickets down, still trailing by huge 266 run deficit. First Goa wicket fell on 87 , that of Misal grabbed by Samiullah. Kamat was next to fall getting out to Parvez Rasool. Parvez again was involved in the dismissal of crucial wicket of Asnodkar as he made run out Goa’s batting backbone on 47, with Goa total on 116. Before that Amir Aziz bagged wicket of Among Desai. Parvez bagged his second by getting wicket of Bandekar. For Goa Asnodkar scored 47, Misal 42. For JK Parvez has taken two wickets while as Amir and Samiullah took one.
