Taking que from number of other Muslim cricketers, this Pakistan cricket has also refused to use Alcohol logo of sponsor on his jersey while playing in County Cricket.

The former Pakistan skipper Azhar Ali who is not playing in One Day internationals for his Country now has recently joined Somerset Club for the reminder of County season.

Recently in the group photograph for the club, Ali was spotted without wearing the sponsors logo on his jersey while rest of the members had. Somerset is sponsored by alcohol company Tribute.
Former Pakistan skipper Azhar Ali believes Somerset possess “tremendous ability in all formats” but he is doubly determined to help the west country outfit claim their maiden County Championship title.
Azhar scored 402 runs at an average of 33.50 last summer, but couldn’t drive Somerset past champions Surrey, with the county finishing runners-up for the second time in three years.
The 34-year-old is available for the duration of both the Specsavers County Championship and the Royal London One-Day Cup, having retired from ODI cricket.
By refusing to done the sponsors logo that goes against the Muslim beliefs as alcohol is banned in Islam, Azhar Ali has joined cricketers like Hashim Ama, Fawad Ahmed, Moen Ali, Imran Tahir and our very own Parvez Rasool in doing so.
Parvez Rasool while playing IPL had done same by hiding on the logo of Alcohol Company on his jersey.
