Srinagar: Pakistan star pacer Shaheen Afridi looks in full rythm after coming back from injury on and Tuesday bowled a brilliant spell of bowling that included barrage of Yorkers against Quetta Gladiators in PSL 2023.

Lahore Qalandars captain, Shaheen Afridi kept it simple and accurate he bowler Yorker after Yorker.

While defending a target of 199, the left-arm pacer gave an ideal start to his side as he trapped Quetta opener, Bangalzai, with a scorching in-swinging yorker.

Following Bangalzai’s dismissal, ball after ball, Shaheen kept it simple. Run in hard and hit the blockhole.

Shaheen in the same over bowled a full delivery on leg stump that shaped backed into Jason Roy very late. The left-arm pacer appealed, but it was turned down. Qalandars captain wasn’t convinced and took the review. However, the review showed it was pitched just a little outside leg stump.

Shaheen started his second over also with a yorker on off stump, which Guptill picked it up just in time.

When Roy came back on strike, Shaheen bowled his most lethal yorker which led to Roy falling over. Shaheen again appeal for lbw but was denied again. He decided to use his remaining review as well.

The review showed the impact on this one was just outside leg stump and Roy survived again.

Shaheen dismissed Odean Smith and Qais Ahmed in his second spell, to finish with three wickets, while conceding 22 runs, leading his side to a victory of 63 runs.
